My name is Hannah Vertal and I have been tattooing since May of 2022. I currently tattoo out of Black Dahlia Tattoo Gallery in Willoughby, OH, and I specialize in mostly black and grey work with a bit of neotraditional color work here and there. Background
I grew up in Northeast Ohio, where I have been drawing and painting my entire life. I attended Kent State University from 2016-2020 and received a Bachelors degree in Studio Art drawing concentrated with a minor in Psychology. I did social work for a year directly out of college, then decided it was time to pursue tattooing. I have a year of piercing experience beginning in May of 2021 and ending in May of 2022, which is when I began tattooing. I tattooed for 8 months at Body Revolution before I moved to Black Dahlia, which is where I am currently an artist.
